Must be able to troubleshoot issues promptly, maintain all outdoor areas, including mowing, snow removal and full up-keep of the property. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems, ability to lift over 30 lbs. and climb, present good communication skills, provide attention to detail with record-keeping and safety inspections and possess a High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification a plus.
